GENERAL RETURN POLICIES

• RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.
• Wolverine Tech and the UVU Store reserve the right to refuse any return of any merchandise that is not in resalable condition.
• All items sold at a clearance price (red price) tag are not returnable.

APPAREL / GIFT / BACKPACK

• Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Only items that are unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached, can be exchanged or returned with original sales receipts.

COMPUTERS, TABLETS, APPLE WATCHES

• A cash register receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
• Unopened merchandise with factory packaging may be returned for full credit within 7 days of the sale date.
• Configure-to-Order (Custom Computers) are not eligible for returns.
• Opened merchandise will have a 15% restocking fee.
• All returns or exchanges must have all original packaging, be without any cosmetic damage, be able to power on at the time of return, and must be able to perform a factory reset. Any merchandise that cannot meet these conditions will be refused.
• Any product that has been discontinued by the manufacturer is not returnable.
• Wolverine Tech and the UVU Store reserve the right to refuse any return of any merchandise that is not in resalable condition.

DOVER CLASSIC

No returns.

ELECTRONICS

• A cash register receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
• Original packaging is required for all returns. Any item that has been opened will have up to a 15% restocking fee depending on the packing condition.
• We do not accept any returns for opened-in-ear earbud headphones.
• We do not accept returns on opened calculators.
• Refunds of electronic items sold one (1) week prior to the refund date need to be approved by Educational Supplies Department personnel.

GENERAL READING

Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase with the original sales receipt.

GRADUATION

Graduation Merchandise is non-returnable.

REFERENCE BOOKS, BAR CHARTS, BARGAIN BOOKS

No returns.

SCHOOL / ART SUPPLIES

• Returns must be made within 7 days after purchase with the original sales receipt.
• Merchandise must be in new condition. 

• Orders shipped within the Continental U.S. are shipped by Federal Express Ground and are charged a flat rate of $10.99.
• Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and internationally are based on FedEx rates.
• Please allow 2 business days for processing your orders and 7 to 10 days for your order to be shipped.
• Orders will not be processed during UVU holidays (see uvu.edu/schedule/ for specific dates).

• Free standard shipping on orders $75 or more.
• Valid for orders being shipped within the continental U.S.
• Offer is combinable with online promotions and sales.

All of our merchandise is Fair Trade Certified products. So you can know that in supporting your school, you are also supporting the fair treatment of others.
